Payment
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept all major debit, credit cards, and health savings accounts (HSA).
Medical Insurance
Insurance providers do not cover any Medical Marijuana related costs since it is not presently approved on a federal level. Additionally, herbal supplements generally are not covered by insurance companies. On a state level, Medical Marijuana is considered a controlled herbal supplement. Certification of a qualified patient by a doctor is not a prescription but a statement that the patient may benefit from its use.
Repeated Rescheduling
One time rescheduling is allowed if it is done at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Repeated rescheduling will require a prepayment of your future appointment fee in order to reserve an alternative appointment.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
We do not double or triple book our appointments. The time allocated for your appointment is the time reserved for you. In consideration to other patients and our staff, please keep your appointment as scheduled. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Missed/no-show appointments and any changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will require a prepayment of the appointment fee in order to reserve an alternative appointment.
